According to recent data, the number of people aged 100 and above in the UK has grown by 100% from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

Between 2004 and 2024, the number of male centenarians has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. Over the identical timeframe, the amount of female centenarians increased by nearly 100% from 7,400 to 13,600.
